Compute cluster upgrade

On Fri, 2021-03-19, compute cluster will be upgraded. Our infrastructure team will upgrade control-plane components and some foundries.io services. During the maintenance, OTA system and device registration might have service interruption (expected downtime - less than 300s). Performance of some foundries.io services might be impacted duirng the maintenance.
