Deployments update

On Wed, 2020-10-21, between 12:00 and 23:00 UTC some of components will be updated. We are going to improve monitoring of our services by reconfiguring deployments. During the maintenance, OTA and CI systems might have service interruption (expected downtime - less than 60s).
